Immunoglobulin-like transcript (ILT)-3 is a transmembrane receptor, which belongs to the
immunoglobulin superfamily. In previous studies, we showed that allospecific CD8+ CD28−
T suppressor cells (Ts) induce the expression of ILT3 in human endothelial cells (EC)
rendering them tolerogenic. Using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based approach, we
